Multiple Identical Twin Births
Document #60  Status: No logical explanation
 Class: Location: Africa, Year: 2003

 Summary
All Pets and Livestock give birth to sets of identical twins.

 Details  Print
A veterinarian outside of Durban, South Africa stated that all animal births over the two day period of August 15 and 16 resulted in apparently identical twins.  Her office was flooded with requests as were the offices of her colleagues.  A subsequent survey has found no record of a single birth during that period.  Both domesticated pets and livestock were affected.  They are in the process of surveying the area for similar occurrences in the wild.  There is no explanation as to this event and tests on feed and ground water have so far proved to be inconclusive.
