 Summary
A report from England describes an unidentified object in the sky witnessed by several hundred individuals.

 Details  Print
On a clear summer evening, several hundred people phoned in reports of what was described as a "glimmering, somewhat metallic" object in the sky over the English countryside. It hovered for several minutes and was then reported to have accelerated at a high rate of speed, making several right angle turns before being lost from sight.

The eyewitnesses, interviewed separately, describe a virtually identical experience, which is somewhat unusual in these cases.
