Summary
A popular casino in Monte Carlo experienced an unlucky streak when gamblers at a blackjack table were dealt the same cards sixteen times in a row. Croupiers at adjacent craps and roulette tables experienced similar luck.

A blackjack table, a roulette table and a craps table in a Monte Carlo casino suffered what can only be described as a loss of randomization. Identical hands were dealt sixteen times in succession, the same dice rolls were made over and over, and the same number came up in roulette. The phenomenon lasted for approximately ten minutes. Only one side of the craps table was affected, possibly indicating localization.

This is clearly not a trick by the casino unless it’s to drum up business.  However that seems very unlikely as the casino is already popular and the story wasn’t reported in the press.  Furthermore, the casino owner was happy to answer questions but asked that her name and the name of the casino were kept out of any reports.
